Cancellation Policy

To ensure fairness, quality, and seamless execution for all clients, the following special terms apply to all Valentine’s Day bookings and promotions. We kindly ask that all clients review this policy carefully and ensure all questions, requirements, and details are confirmed prior to making payment. Bookings & Availability All Valentine’s bookings are confirmed only once payment has been received. Availability is extremely limited and bookings are accepted strictly on a first-confirmed basis. A minimum of three (3) days’ notice is required for Valentine’s bookings, subject to availability. Bookings with less than 48 hours’ notice are not accepted. Short-notice bookings may be accepted at our discretion and may incur an additional short-notice fee starting from $50. Payments A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all Valentine’s Day bookings. The remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to the scheduled service date. Failure to pay the remaining balance by this time will result in automatic cancellation of the booking, and all payments made will be forfeited. No exceptions apply. Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling All Valentine’s Day bookings are strictly non-refundable and non-reschedulable. This applies to all deposits, partial payments, full payments, standard bookings, and short-notice bookings. No refunds, credits, date changes, or transfers will be permitted under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes of mind, personal circumstances, weather conditions, accommodation issues, or third-party delays. Clients are responsible for ensuring all details are final before proceeding with payment. No-Shows & Access Timely access to the property is essential. If access or key handover is delayed by more than 20 minutes, a waiting fee may apply. A lack of communication after 20 minutes will be considered a no-show, and the booking will be cancelled. All hotel or Airbnb approvals, permissions, and access arrangements must be secured prior to our arrival. If access is denied or unavailable, the booking will be forfeited without refund. Service Limitations Once the setup has been completed and confirmation photos or videos have been sent, the service is deemed fulfilled and no refunds or adjustments apply. Agreement to Terms By proceeding with a Valentine’s Day booking and making payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
